Transcriptions and Certificates

In order for certain legal events (i.e. birth or marriage) to be incorporated into French law, the event(s) needs to be registered within the French Registrar. These procedures have multiple specificities, on a case-by-case basis and we encourage you to reach out to our office to determine if you are eligible.

If one of your parents are or were a French citizen and you are aspiring to become one, you may be eligible to apply for French citizenship by obtaining a "Certificat de Nationalité" with the appropriate court in France. This procedure is long and technical and our expertise will help secure this certificate.
